BulletSim: update for building with newest version (v3.35+) of Bullet physics engine.

Updated README.md and BUILD.md.
Built filenames include version info.
Updated build parameters for IOS and Linux.
Functional update of properly returning version information of binary code.
Scripts for building using Github actions.
