Serie Sumei 4f83433596 README cleanups 
Make the README files consistent, some of the README files in the
unzipped directories have been renamed and slightly formatted to
improve the appearance when browsing the repository.

Serie Sumei 210bea7f5f Add original download reference files 
These files were re-downloaded from their original sources
in order to maintain filenames and directory structures.

Some of the ZIP archives have been expanded in-place to make direct
access to them easier.
