Carlos Azaustre 6b063f79f6 chore: remove personal data, make config env-driven 
- about/page.tsx: rewritten using BRANDING constants (no hardcoded names/locations)
- branding.ts: added agentLocation, birthDate, agentAvatar, agentDescription
- .env.example: added new branding vars with generic defaults
- agentsConfig.ts: removed personal agent names/roles, generic defaults
- agents/route.ts: removed hardcoded personal agent fallbacks
- public/office/: removed (2D sprites, replaced by 3D office)
- public/models/*.glb: removed personal agent models (user must add their own)
- public/models/README.md: rewritten as generic setup guide
- public/tenacitas-avatar.jpg: removed personal avatar
- Deleted: DESIGN-BRIEF.md, IMPLEMENTATION-STATUS.md, OPEN-SOURCE-CHECKLIST.md, ROADMAP-OFFICE-3D.md
