minerjr adede3cb47 FIRE-36835 - [Beta] Omni Filter doesn't seem to match regular expressions in dialogs and will crash on exclamation points 
Added a searchString method, which uses the regex::string as regex::match requires the entire string to match and does not support multiline content like search does.

Also changed the regex::match to use ll_regex_match and used ll_regex_search for searchString method to match the rest of the codebase.

Prevous code would miss all lines before the ! but would work for any after. With the search only on the content, rules that use regex now work correctly.

Also, was unable to reproduce the crash. Tried to reproduce the conditions, but could not trigger.

minerjr 5f09f7ebdd SUP-29011 - Azure Translator API key field is limited to 50 characters 
Increased the  API key length up to 90 characters on the input field.
Looked up the limits on MS API key, for AI it supports 80+ characters.

It seems the limit changed from 32 characters to 84+ for added security.
I setup an account and was able to paste in my long API key and was able to test out the translation service and it worked.

minerjr da891338a5 FIRE-36590 - The Omnifilter Dialog Button Reply needs a 1 second delay 
- Added new reply_delay value to all rules. Each rule can now specify from 0.0 to 3.0 seconds of delay.
- 0.0 does not delay and sends the response right away.
- Added new spinner to the floater_omnifiler.xml to allow the user to.
- Fixed warnings from uninitialized class member variables.
- Updated file version to 4 as the structure of the XML has changed.
- Import/Export code updated to support new value.

minerjr 2d4ad45341 FIRE-36814 - Omnifilter - Add Match Dialog Button Label helper button 
Added a new button labeled "Match Dialog Button Label" which will write to the Content Editor "button_name=BUTTON_NAME" to help the user filter on the script dialog's button label.

Added transltion in strings.xml for the BUTTON_NAME as it will be replaced by the end user. The button_name= part is a special string used to indicate that the button label needs to be checked.
