minerjr b6307a278e Notecard Editor byte counter - automatically hide byte count on resize 
Added callback method for the resize bars of the Notecard Editor floater.
Once the text overlaps the Save button, it will hide the  byte count textbox.
Works for both when the floater is manually resized or if the text becomes too long by typing and is going to overlap as well.

Updated the updateByteCounter to use the color lookup table's LabelTextColor from the text.xml widget. Should follow the correct font color of any skin.

* Don't need a setting for it - just store it internally
* Remove unneeded methods
* Fix usage of singleton
* Get rid of weird sorting of new item at the top which is confusing and won't go away until selecting another object first
* Don't enable renaming mode of new inventory item just to scroll to it
* No need to add FSNewItemCtrl as friend class just to access one private method
* Add button to other skins overriding floater_tools.xml

minerjr 8ad2191dfd FIRE-36685 - Toolbox Window - Add new notecard button to Content tab 
Added new "New Notecard" button to the Build Window's Content tab.
Creates a new notecard directly in the objects content inventory.
New scripts and notecards automatically appear at the top of the content inventory with the new object having renamed automatically enabled.
Added flag to settings to store a backup of inventory flags, which is used to disable popup of new objects appearing in the main inventory as new notecards need to appear in the user inventory before being moved over to the object's content inventory.

Beq cb9ef1516c Fix build warning on macOs 
The aws/tap that ius preinstalled on the macos runner seems to be conflicting... let's ignore it. Here is the warning we're hoping to remove.

The following taps are not trusted:
  aws/tap
Homebrew is currently ignoring formulae, casks and commands from these taps because tap trust is required.
Untap them with:
  brew untap aws/tap
Trust specific formulae, casks and commands with:
  brew trust --formula <user>/<tap>/<formula>
  brew trust --cask <user>/<tap>/<cask>
  brew trust --command <user>/<tap>/<command>
Whole-tap trust is broader and includes all current and future formulae,
casks and commands from the listed taps. Trust whole taps with:
  brew trust aws/tap
To disable trust checks:
  export HOMEBREW_NO_REQUIRE_TAP_TRUST=1
This is not recommended and will be removed in a later release.
