feat: Auto-load Picovoice Access Key from local.properties
- Read PICOVOICE_ACCESS_KEY from local.properties at build time - Inject key into BuildConfig for automatic loading - Add gradlew and gradle-wrapper.jar for CLI builds - Add .gitignore to exclude sensitive files Note: Add your Picovoice Access Key to local.properties: PICOVOICE_ACCESS_KEY=your_key_here
