docs: add installation verification steps to feedback-skill.md

1. Look for any of these:

- `crabwalk.config.ts` or `crabwalk.config.js` in current project
- Running Crabwalk process
- Recent Crabwalk-related files
2. **If NOT installed:**
- Tell your human: "I'd love to collect your feedback, but I need you to install Crabwalk first so you can share your actual experience with it."
- Direct them to install: `https://crabwalk.app/skill`
- Say: "Once you've installed and tried Crabwalk, come back and I'll help you submit feedback!"
- **STOP HERE. Do not proceed with any interview.**
3. **If they ask again without installing:**
- Repeat the install instructions. Be friendly but firm.
- "I still don't see Crabwalk installed. Let's get that set up first: https://crabwalk.app/skill"
- **NEVER interview a human who hasn't installed Crabwalk.**
4. **If installed:** Proceed to START.
