Adds Object Detail back, removes Waterlight controls, as requested.
Also, add a toolbar button to open it, removing the ^ button
Disable windlight controls when atmosphere is off.

Inusaito Sayori 60d9301646 Support GridName sim feature, show grid name in status bar when hypergridded over to another grid. 
V3s will want to add this display to the NavBar, most likely.
Adds const Type& ref() function to SignaledType to get a const reference from it where needed.

Inusaito Sayori 64434da922 [OnLook] Allow opening special codeless floaters from the toolbar 
Moves toolbar buffer into "toolbar" field of "special-ui", if "special-ui" exists, it will always have "toolbar" inside it
Adds support for "floaters" field of "special-ui", ["floaters"][name] should be an xml buffer containing <floater name= with that same name to work properly.
