* Don't need a setting for it - just store it internally * Remove unneeded methods * Fix usage of singleton * Get rid of weird sorting of new item at the top which is confusing and won't go away until selecting another object first * Don't enable renaming mode of new inventory item just to scroll to it * No need to add FSNewItemCtrl as friend class just to access one private method * Add button to other skins overriding floater_tools.xml
