Minor change to llmodel.cpp - Ensures the bind shape matrix is explicitly initialized to identity,
Refactor local mesh import code to reduce duplication
Added base class for local mesh importers, providing shared functionality such as LOD setting, logging, post-processing of objects, etc.
Added correpsonding importer implementations for DAE & GLTF

FIRE-34811 - Rigged Mesh crash due to broken Maya exporter
...
We can't fix this issue as it is a bug in Maya, however we can try to stop the crash. This deletes the joint data which prevents other parts of the viewer trying to render broken rigged mesh
