John Hurliman 91878f79b9 Initial commit of the slimupdate refactoring. This changes the way ScenePresence and SOP updates are sent by specifying an enum of what fields changed instead of what packet type to send, isolating packet sending logic to LLClientView and allowing more terse packets to be sent in some cases.
