MrFadiAi aa31d56b89 feat: add self-update feature with Tauri updater plugin 
- Added tauri-plugin-updater (Rust) and @tauri-apps/plugin-updater (npm)
- Registered updater plugin in main.rs with desktop-only guard
- Configured tauri.conf.json with updater endpoints (GitHub Releases)
- Added updater:default permission to capabilities
- Added Manager Update card in Settings with check/download/restart UI
- Updated release.yml with signing env vars and updaterJsonPreferNsis
- Bumped version to 0.0.12
