Merges master's ebfbd5e (doctor proximity-based DRY detection + --fix
auto-repair, released as v0.14.1) on top of the fix wave. Fix wave
version bumped to v0.14.2 to coexist with master's v0.14.1.
Conflict resolutions:
* VERSION 0.14.1 -> 0.14.2 (PATCH bump past master's 0.14.1)
* package.json version 0.14.2
* CHANGELOG.md: promoted my entry from [0.14.1] -> [0.14.2] (fix wave),
kept master's [0.14.1] (DRY detection + --fix) verbatim below. Both
entries stay intact with their own "numbers that matter" and "to
take advantage of" blocks. Itemized sections also split: fix-wave
itemized under [0.14.2], DRY itemized under [0.14.1]. Updated v12/v13
references in my entry to v14/v15 to match actual migration numbers
post-renumber.
* CLAUDE.md: merged doctor.ts line to include both v0.14.1 (--fix DRY
repair) and v0.14.2 (schema_version + --index-audit) capabilities.
Kept my v0.14.2 migrate.ts note about Migration interface extension
+ v14/v15 migrations.
Verified:
* Full unit suite: 1713 pass, 0 fail (master's +31 doctor/resolver/
dry-fix tests landed cleanly on top of fix-wave suite).
