Master shipped v0.43.0.0 (Cathedral 1 memory-verbs). Resolve version-trio
conflicts (kept 0.44.0.0 over 0.43.0.0 in VERSION/package.json; both CHANGELOG
+ TODOS entries retained, 0.44.0.0 on top). Regenerate
src/core/cli-flag-registry.generated.ts from the merged source (95 commands)
rather than picking a side — both branches touched it. BrainBench's run-all
bypass + flag-validation exemption survive the cli.ts auto-merge intact.

Verified: eval-brainbench-e2e 21/21, brainbench units 77/77,
cli-flag-validation 24/24, typecheck clean.
