Robert Adams b1674b0066 Update the contests of the dist/ directory with latest Windows10 things. 
This completes the change from .NET Core to one of the Frameworks
    in order to match whatever the OpenSimulator binaries needed.
Updated gatherLibs.sh to fetch both OpenSimulator and libOpenMetaverse
    binaries from the OpenSimulator bin/ directory so that everything
    matches.
