Robert Adams c8732ab085 Move all the dependent libraries into the libs/ directory. 
Script 'gatherLibs.sh' copies libs from other repositories to libs.
Update convoar.csproj to point to libraries in local repository.
The only libs not handled are the openjpeg ones.
