fei d85ae2f863 fix: test all bound agents for Feishu and Telegram ...

- Feishu: Fix to test main agent and all bound agents, with fallback
  to top-level config when account-specific credentials are missing
- Telegram: Fix to test main agent and all bound agents instead of
  only testing main agent

This ensures platform connectivity tests cover all configured agents
with channel bindings.
